I lodged a complaint on behalf of my Mum and many other residents in a retirement village after weeks of inaction, finally resolved in a couple of days.

So many heap derision on those who serve but are the same people who seek to be excused from jury duty.

Justice is best served by those willing to participate.

@BradDesmond2 I learnt about the 'good enough mother' in Ed Psychology in the 1980s. What a relief to no longer carry the guilt of not being perfect.

Passed this on to my daughter, a parent and child protection worker. She's an advocate.

Notified last Friday flight cancelled so rebooked. Tonight at 10.15 notified that flight again cancelled. Can't rebook as no flights available. No phone contact after 10pm.

@mariekehardy I was watching while with my Mum who has dementia. In Aged are, in excruciating agony waiting for next dose of morphine & on a loop repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again. So sad.

Couldn't help but draw some comparisons.
