@chilternrailway Thank you. I was quite nervous about travelling with mum as she is in her 90s and hasn't been on a train for decades. Everyone @chilternrailway was so kind and efficient. It made a special day in London even better.

Big shout out to @chilternrailway today for their wheelchair assistance for my elderly mum. Staff at Leamington Spa & London Marylebone were great, helping us through ticket barriers, putting out boarding ramps and helping us on and off. Far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
