Frustrating experience with @JohnLewisRetail & @Dyson. Neither taking ownership of a faulty item and being passed back and forth with no solution. Expected much better from these companies π
Very disappointed with @jet2tweets. Got allocated seats for 4 passengers. Once checked in then paid Β£12 to move 1 seat but jet2 just swapped 2 seats within our booking rather than selected paid seat. 45 min call later requesting refund and said they canβt do anything. Terrible!
Hi Nick, seems pointless to give you all this information when you harrass me about a closed account then canβt find the account. Logged two complaints and yet to hear anything but you continue to happily send me letters! Iβm sure @edinburghpaper be happy to hear this story!
@SSE @YourSSE infuriating dealing with SSE. Still receiving letters over 2 years ago after closing account and chasing for something that is their error. Call today for the 8th time, extremely unhelpful, get blind transferred then operator hangs up with no attempt to call back.

Disappointing customer service received from @HotpointUK@HotpointSupport. All appliances with them but unhelpful when issue arises. New dual cooker - issues with fan and now need to wait a week for repair man. WFH and no functioning oven. #dissappointed#unhelpful
@HotpointUK@HotpointSupport tried 3 days in a row to get through on phone but deflects to other options to contact. Spoke on live chat and saying canβt help as wrong team. Highlighted issues and finally got repair booked but 1 week away!!!! #terriblecustomerservice

@HMRCcustomers The return is saying itβs being collected by tax code which I donβt want. I want to pay it off in full. How do I do this? I also received a statement saying I have nothing to pay when I havenβt paid anything yet
@Ryanair weeks later after requesting a refund I receive an email saying I can get a voucher to spend in the next 12 months. Click on the hyperlink and diverts to a page with no option to request refund. #awfulcustomerservice#shambles
