As was pointed out to me on my LBC show last night, this is grossly misleading and really poor journalism. It implies that 100,000 people are out of work because of ADHD when in reality many of them- possibly most of them - will be working. PIP is awarded regardless of someone’s work status and is based on how much their condition affects their lives. None of which is reflected in this front page story. Really shoddy journalism.
Press & politicians keep saying theres been a huge rise in claims of ADHD / depression / anxiety as a "main condition" for PIP, but that's not how the form works? You don't claim a main condition; you just list them all.
Again, something they're hoping the public doesn't know.
Count Binface belongs to a proud British tradition – much longer and prouder than any British tradition Nigel Farage can claim to represent – of candidates who exist solely to allow the electorate to express how inadequate they find the other options. Rather than not voting, or voting for someone they don’t actually believe should hold power, the people can send a message that they consider the other candidates so insufficient as representatives that they would rather vote for a man with a bin on his head.
We must unite behind Count Binface, writes @willydunn: https://t.co/sQwHgOvVzo
🗣️ “Disabled lives are at risk because of constant failures to urgently address a changing climate.
An urgent response to climate change must include accessible housing, affordable cooling and resilient support services" - Dan White, DR UK Policy and Campaigns Officer
‼️ Listen to BBC Today:
Q: “What is your appeal going to be to the people of Clacton?”
Count Binface: “Well… I’m not Nigel Farage.”
😂
Farage called this by-election to dominate the headlines. Instead, he’s handed @CountBinface a national platform.
'My job is to demonstrate that British democracy is wonderful and unique in the entire Cosmos'
Count Binface told #BBCBreakfast why he plans to stand against Nigel Farage in the Clacton by-election - triggered by the resignation of the Reform UK leader who then plans to re-fight the seat, which he argued would vindicate him following questions over his financial arrangements

If Count Binface ends Nigel Farage’s political career in this silly hissyfit unnecessary by-election it will be the single greatest moment in British politics
In politics, we’re torn between ideals and practicalities, aspirations and realities, the world as we want it, and as we find it
But one day a manifesto comes along that reconciles both in every pledge.
A rare moment of clarity and hope
