Our findings?

HBM significantly reduced mortality and hospitalization rates as compared with usual care. Early adoption implicated in favourable outcomes.

Our main conclusions?

Cancer survivors had an increased risk of bleeding after CA for AF relative to patients without cancer, with no significant difference in the efficacy of CA for maintenance of sinus rhythm between groups.
