Hi, they will say they don't have the resources to assess all dogs and potential homes. I doubt most have enough kennel space to cope with the huge numbers of dogs that are being dumped in the #UK
Councils are still issuing new licenses to breed.
Please tag your MP in these posts, email them or ask to meet them about overbreeding in your area?
Sadly no figures exist as vets are not required to report how many healthy dogs they kill for councils or owners.

We are urgently seeking a foster home for 3-year-old Nova (white female) and 2.5-year-old Takotna (grey and white male) #UK BONDED PAIR 💔💔💔
As of last week the owner moved out of their rented accommodation and left the dogs behind with a visitor feeding and watering them.
They are currently living in poor conditions outside, living and sleeping in their own feaces.
They are in need of a placement where they will give them time to settle down and will be able to help rehabilitate them back into a home environment.
We would prefer them to go together, however they can be separated if needed.
Nova and Takotna are people friendly, very excitable and will jump up. They are not cat or child tested, not tested in the home or with other dogs.

Three dogs arrived at the shelter after being rescued from a house fire on Sunday, and they urgently need a way out by Wednesday 6/10.

One of them, Rosie, is known to need medical attention related to the fire. The other two dogs were also exposed and may need further evaluation, monitoring, and care.

These dogs have already survived something terrifying. Now they need a rescue, foster, or placement option so they can get the help they deserve.
