SAVE THE DATE! We are bringing the Symposium for Structural Proteomics to Cambridge MA this October 28-30. https://t.co/tLKTKm3ItN. Co-organising with @fried_lab and @Malvina_Pap.
Looking forward to seeing many of you there.
Check out the lineup of confirmed speakers below.
#HUPO2022 🇲🇽 stop by my poster titled “Systematic identification of conformation-specific protein-protein interactions by limited proteolysis-mass spectrometry” (PP01.80) during the first poster viewing session on Monday (11:45 AM - 1:00 PM), December 5 🙌
Looking forward 😇
9/ The paper also has the first analysis of inter-individual variability of a structural proteome in healthy humans. Structurally variable protein regions are more like to form protein-protein interaction and have higher disorder than non-variable peptides.
Today - in both good and bad weather ☀️⛈ - we have to say goodbye to two great lab members: Marie (@MarieMackmull) and Patrick (@PatrickStalder1). We wish you both all the best and thank you for a great apéro together!
Dear all, I am looking for postdoctoral candidates to join my group at fantastic @MRC_LMB!! We will carry out in cell and in vitro structural biology projects to understand nuclear remodelling in healthy and disease conditions! Please RT!! https://t.co/lnlyoXPrGT
We have an opening for a PhD position starting this summer! Join an open and inclusive lab in a well funded institute. The project builds on exciting preliminary data, great collaborations, cutting edge model systems and technologies. Apply 👉 https://t.co/y3wzJ0nhNK by May 15th.
Interested on how is the #proteome remodeled during #neuron differentiation? Check out this new story from the lab in its final version! Epic effort by @DomenicoFraia supported by many great collaborators including @MarieMackmull@Beck_Laboratory Luca Parca and Kaether lab
The @Beck_Laboratory seeks to recruit a Lab Manager with organizational skills and broad expertise in molecular biology. @MPIbp Details can be found here:
