बिना संबंधित अधिकारी की व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी fix किए इस तरह की समस्या से मुक्ति नहीं मिलने वाली।
सभी बैंकर्स को साथ आकर इस जैसे केस को पूरे दमखम से न्यायालय में लड़ना होगा। केस का मुख्य उद्देश्य संबंधित को हत्या के जुर्म में सजा दिलाना होना चाहिए।

अगर किसी गाड़ी पर आवश्यकता से अधिक भार है तो उसका एक ही सही उपाय है कि भार कम किया जाय लेकिन इसके इतर ये एडवाइजरी जारी की जाती है कि दुर्घटना होने पर 24x7 हेल्पलाइन, ये नया मैप वाला ऐप है, गड्ढे बचाके चलाओ, मोड़ पर धीमे करो, अचानक ब्रेक न मारो वगैरा वगैरा।

लेकिन आज जब वहीं बैंक कर्मी जब काम के बोझ के तले दबकर डिप्रेशन का शिकार हो रहा और सुसाइड कर रहा तो लोगों ने मुंह में फेवी क्विक डाल रखी है।
