@Jskak21 @brandothoughts1 I agree if you go on defense or just be defensive in general with friends and family it may do damage. I think this is because if you have a close relationship with someone they usually have your best interests at heart. Then you have less reasons to be defensive usually #CDR21

My biggest shift from conflict at the beginning of the class to now is confrontational to necessary. In the sense that confrontation doesn’t have to be something to dread or avoid. #CDR21

@laurenstotle I also have found that if you show gratitude to the customers it also works. I work a retail job and have noticed if I say “thank you so much for being patient” then the frown usually goes away…usually #CDR21
