This support from #KOFIH has helped transform Masaka RRH into a #CenterofExcellence in #Emergency Care Management. Also, Masaka RRH has so far trained 733 trainees; 592 in BEC, 67 in BLS, 59 in ALS and 15 in CFAR for ambulance drivers under KOFIH #EMS project.

This includes; #Emergency #Medical #Services Regional Skills Lab, Accident and Emergency Unit, Call and Dispatch Center, Surgical unit, X-ray machine and the Ambulance Bay among others.

Dr. Nam the DG had a tour at Butenga HC IV. #KOFIH supported facilities that were seen include; Emergency OPD, Call & Dispatch Center, Imaging unit with ultrasound scan/X-ray machine, Surgical ward, Operating theater, Laboratory and Maternity ward which is still under renovation.
