Florida is nearly half Flock-free!
The counties in orange have fully suspended their Flock-style camera programs.
The counties in green have partially suspended their Flock-style camera programs or are considering moving their cameras from state roads to non-state roads.
5 years ago, the Biden administration used domestic terrorism tools against parents protesting school boards. PPT’s got the internal emails. Here's what really happened. https://t.co/k6CZyBEauQ
"Florida has now revoked the ability of local police to mount Flock cameras on state roads as nationwide backlash gains steam against the surveillance technology."
Still a long way to go.

Illegal Monday
INTERVENTION FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP
First, thank you all for agreeing to participate.
We know interventions are uncomfortable, but sometimes you have to sit down with someone you genuinely support and tell them something they may not want to hear.
So, Mr. President, have a seat.
Before anybody says anything negative, we need to start here:
You have followed through on an extraordinary number of the promises you made to the American people.
You have taken on illegal immigration.
You have challenged unfair trade.
You have confronted countries that spent decades taking advantage of American markets.
You have forced conversations about foreign labor and visa abuse that Washington didn't even want Americans discussing.
You have made protecting the American worker part of the national conversation again.
You deserve credit for that.
You're doing a great job.
Now comes the intervention.
Mr. President, if you really believe Americans should come first for American jobs, we need you to set the example.
Hire Americans at your own businesses.
And then ask the billionaires, CEOs, hotel owners, restaurant groups, technology companies, manufacturers and financial institutions standing beside you to do the same.
Because there is something fundamentally wrong with America's wealthiest people telling working-class Americans that foreign labor is necessary because they simply cannot find anyone willing to work.
We have more than 100 million working-age Americans outside the labor force.
Obviously, not every one of them can or should be working. They include retirees, students, caregivers, disabled Americans and others.
But with a population that large sitting outside the labor force, the first question shouldn't be:
"Where can we find more foreign workers?"
It should be:
"What would it take to get more Americans back into the workforce?"
And sometimes the answer is uncomfortable.
Pay them more.
Improve the job.
Train somebody.
Offer predictable hours.
Create an entry-level position again.
Stop demanding five years of experience for work somebody could learn in six months.
Give a 50-year-old displaced worker another chance.
Hire the kid coming out of high school and teach him something.
If an employer says, "Americans won't do this job," ask the next question:
At what wage?
Because we don't actually discover a labor shortage until employers compete for labor and the price of labor rises.
That's how markets work.
When the price of copper rises, nobody says America has a copper participation problem.
When the price of oil rises, nobody says oil has a poor work ethic.
Supply becomes scarce.
The price rises.
Yet somehow when American labor becomes scarce, enormous corporations have convinced Washington that the solution is to import more supply so the price doesn't rise.
Think about that.
For decades, some of America's richest businesses have accumulated enormous wealth while employing foreign workers at wages the market apparently could not attract enough Americans to accept.
Those workers then spend or remit some portion of their earnings abroad.
Meanwhile, the American worker who might have taken the job at a higher wage never sees the wage rise enough to bring him back.
That's not an American labor shortage.
That's a business model.
And Mr. President, this is where you have an opportunity that goes beyond immigration enforcement.
You can change the expectation.
Imagine the President of the United States saying:
"My companies are going American-first."
Then challenging every CEO who visits the White House:
How many Americans did you hire this year?
How many entry-level Americans did you train?
How much did your median American worker's wage increase?
How many foreign-worker positions did you first genuinely attempt to fill with Americans at a market-clearing wage?
Put those numbers on the scoreboard.
Celebrate the companies doing it.
Make hiring Americans prestigious again.
You have spent years telling American workers:
I haven't forgotten you.
This is the opportunity to prove it in the most tangible way possible.
Not with another program.
Not with another government check.
Not with another promise.
A paycheck.
A skill.
A career.
A chance to support a family.
You wanted to be the president who finally put American workers first.
Here's the intervention:
Finish the job.
Set the example yourself.
Hire Americans.
Ask America's billionaires to hire Americans.
Ask America's corporations to train Americans.
And before anyone in Washington says America needs another million foreign workers, make them prove that American wages were allowed to rise high enough to find out.
There may be no greater thing this administration could do for working Americans.
Mr. President, you have the opportunity.
Make American labor valuable again.
@reason No. Thse are intentional subversions of the Fourth Amendment by agents of government acting in a capacity that requires knowledge of the law, aka sedition.
EXCLUSIVE: An unidentified Chinese owner spent $21.2 million on California farmland just 16 miles from America’s Pacific F-35 fighter-jet hub.
The buyer’s identity and the land’s military proximity have never been publicly disclosed.
I pieced them together. 🧵
