@themaddierune Contact your local clerk of the court. They will guide you through the process of acquiring them legally, and getting titles in your name.

They'll move them...

@themaddierune @KrehbielAuthor Contact the clerk of the court for your county, or city. Fill out a few forms and place a lien on them or apply for abandoned property titles. They'll either move them or you've just acquired to beautiful vehicles. The clerks office will guide you.
