@hubermanlab The artificial light of 10,000 Lux I gather is from LED. Like SAD lamps. Is this short wave length (with blue spike) still beneficial? I remember an earlier of your podcasts, a scientist describing how mitochondrial efficiency is suppressed by LED. Thanks. ☀️ 💡

My boy Vernon! He was reported to me on a doorstep. Not moving and in day light hours. Both signs of concern for hogs. He was dehydrated, hypothermic and with a heavy parasite load. Thanks to prickles and paws, I’ll be able to pick him up and bring him back soon. 🦔 🐾💜

Vernon has today completed his course of treatment and will soon be headed to an outside hutch to acclimatise before release 🙌🦔🐾

We are very lucky here in Cornwall that with our milder temperatures good weather windows for release are frequent.
