UEFA really got shafted with the expanded format. Only an additional 3 slots (23% increase) while AFC got a 100% increase, double their previous amount, and also an intercontinental play off spot aswell. Surely have to be arguing for more going forward
It turns out 16 UEFA/Europe teams pt of 48 probably wasn’t enough.
Europe has 6 of the 8 QF spots
1 to South America - Argentina
1 to Africa - Morocco
Breakdown:
UEFA 6 of 16
CAF 1 of 10
AFC 0 of 9 (won 2 of 27 matches w/ a minus 35 goal differential)
CONMEBOL 0 of 6
CONCACAF 0 of 6
OCEANIA 0 of 1
@evinh111@movementcoachkm An injury to one ankle does increase the risk of injury to the other I believe but I am no expert. He had had a good run in the Brighton team up to that point
@RomellOuterSpac@reptracker You're saying not good enough but the last competitive level Melia played at was LOI so how is he good enough by that logic? He hasn't played a minute of football in England
@RomellOuterSpac@reptracker He wouldnt be any less deserving if he played here the last 6 months but he has to get the magic plane to get the call up. Of course there's plenty of LOI lads who should be in contention for a friendly camp when he's calling up youth and league one players
Rob Cornwall the third Dundalk player that Aaron O'Dowd has sent-off this season in as many matches following on from Daryl Horgan v St Pat's and Vinnie Leonard v Rovers.
We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.
