@TMTLongShort Had a friend assigned to Malaysia. He was British so he suffered from NHS teeth. He has a full set of veneers and straightening done while there. Next to nothing in cost.
9 Reasons Why Focusing on Your Cardiovascular Health in Your 20s/30s Is a Genius-Level Play
1) CVD (Heart disease) is still the number one killer in the world
No matter how much you biohack or optimize, this reality will never change.
2) No matter the amount of money you have in the bank, a bad heart will wreak havoc on your life
Wealth can buy you nice things, but it can't buy you function.
A failing heart destroys your ability to enjoy success, work, relationships, and everything you've worked to build.
3) Basically every aspect of your performance relies on it
Sexual health, longevity, energy, recovery, cognitive function. cardiovascular output is the foundation that makes everything else work better.
4) Artery plaque buildup starts in your 20s
The foundation for heart disease is laid decades before symptoms appear.
Early prevention stops risk factors from developing in the first place. this is primordial prevention.
5) VO₂ max & cardio fitness are still top longevity predictors
Your cardiovascular fitness level is one of the strongest predictors of lifespan. People with high VO₂ max live significantly longer it's not just about looking good, but living for longer.
6) Young adults with poor heart health have 10x future risk
Those who fail to keep heart-healthy practices in their 20s/30s see heart attack and stroke risk skyrocket up to 10× as they age.
The window to lock in protection is NOW, not tommorow.
7) Brain function & cognitive performance depend on it
Cardiovascular health drives blood flow to the brain, critical for memory, focus, decision-making, and preventing cognitive decline.
Your heart powers your mind.
8) Hormone production & metabolic health are cardiovascular-dependent
Blood flow regulates insulin sensitivity, testosterone production, and metabolic rate all critical for performance, body composition, and vitality.
9) Prevention saves ~$5,000/year in healthcare costs
Heart-healthy habits reduce medical costs dramatically. Investing early saves money long-term. this is compound interest for your health wallet.
Imagine yourself as the warren buffet of health investors, and keep chipping into your heart every single day.
Most savage moment in the entire movie:
“The laws are meant to protect the victims… not the perpetrators.”
Then he looks the judge who let six boys walk after gang-raping a 14-year-old in the eyes and says:
“You are the cancer that is killing society.”
This clip is why Citizen Vigilante was banned in parts of Europe.
Too close to the truth?
The one and only plus of a parliamentary system is the ability to swiftly kick people out when it's proven they're moral cowards who look the other way from child rape to further their career.
Data centers didn’t raise electric bills nationally from 2015–24. Surprise! Actually, they modestly lowered them. That's because big fixed grid costs get spread over more kilowatt-hours, and new demand can unlock economies of scale.

Marco Rubio, Senate floor, September 2015
“I do want to be recorded for history’s purposes, for I know what is going to happen with regards to this, if it goes through. Iran will immediately use the money it is receiving in sanctions relief to begin to build up its conventional capabilities. It will establish the most dominant military power in the region outside of the United States and it will raise the price of us operating in the region. They’re going to build anti-access capabilities, rockets capable of destroying our aircraft carriers and ships, continue to build these swift boats that are able to come on us, these fast boats that are able to swarm our naval assets, and they’ll make it harder and harder for U.S. troops to be in the region.
“They’ll also work with other terrorist groups in the region to target American service men and women, and they may or may not deny that they’re involved but they will target us and raise the price of our presence in the Middle East until they hope to completely pull us out of that region.
“They’ll also continue to build long-range missiles, missiles capable of reaching the United States. Those are not affected by this deal, and they’ll continue to build them as they have been doing.
“And then, at some point in the near future, when the time is right, they will build a nuclear weapon, and they will do so because at that point they will know that they have become immune, that we will no longer be able to strike their nuclear program because the price of doing so will be too high.
“This is not just a work of imagination. It exists in the world today. It’s called North Korea, where a lunatic possesses dozens of nuclear weapons and a long-range rocket that can already reach the United States. And we cannot do anything about it. An attack on North Korea today would result in an attack on Tokyo or Seoul or Guam or Hawaii or California. And so the world must now live with a lunatic in possession of nuclear weapons.
“And this is the goal Iran has as well, to reach a point where they become immune to any sort of credible military threat because the price of a military strike would be too high. And then they become an established nuclear weapons power. And never in the history of the world has such a regime ever possessed weapons so capable of destruction. Iran is led by a Supreme Leader who is a radical Shia cleric with an apocalyptic vision of the future. He is not a traditional geopolitical actor who makes decisions on the basis of borders or simply history or because of ambitions. He has a religious apocalyptic vision of the future, one that calls for triggering a conflict between the non-Muslim world and the Muslim world, one that he feels especially obligated to trigger. And he’s going to possess nuclear weapons?
“This is the world that we are on the verge of leaving our children to inherit, and perhaps we ourselves will have to share in.
“So I want to be recorded for history’s purposes, if nothing else, to say that those of us who oppose this deal understood where it would lead, and we are making a terrible mistake. And I fear that passage of this deal will make it even harder for us to prevent it.
“And I hope there’s still time for us to change our minds, but here’s the good news: Iran may have a Supreme Leader, but America does not. In this nation we have a republic, and soon we will have new leaders, perhaps in this chamber, but also in the executive branch. And I pray that on their first day in office they will reverse this deal and reimpose the sanctions and back them up with a credible threat of military force, or history will condemn us for not doing what needed to be done at this critical moment in the world’s history.”
Let me help you out…black oval is what Biden sold trying to win the last election. Black circle is what Trump is selling trying to win the next. Doesn’t really compare does it?
‼️US oil inventories are COLLAPSING:
US emergency oil stockpiles have dropped to ~340 million barrels, the lowest level since 1983.
This comes as US authorities continue drawing from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to help stabilize fuel prices.
The reserve, built after the 1970s oil shocks and designed to hold ~700 million barrels, is now down to roughly half of capacity, sharply limiting its ability to cushion future supply disruptions.
Meanwhile, a planned 172 million barrel release would rank as the 2nd-largest in history, potentially pushing inventories closer to ~243 million barrels, ~33% of total capacity.
Market estimates suggest the SPR needs roughly 150–200 million barrels to operate effectively, meaning remaining flexibility is tightening.
The strategic reserve will take a long time to rebuild.
