@OctopusEnergy That is correct, but the one I’m on doesn’t have exit fees. It is your regulatory obligation to tell me if I’m on your cheapest tariff. I know that I should be able to switch, but I don’t understand why would you make it difficult for customers to do so. You made it easy before

@OctopusEnergy Perhaps you shouldn’t try to deter your existing customers when they do try to switch to your cheapest tariff then, by for example start making up that your more expensive fixed term tariff has exit fees when it doesn’t or by removing ability to self serve and switch online
