Looks like all most all the #AVCT@AvactaDx posts/likes have been deleted, I don’t know if it’s just my twitter account playing up
I am not looking to deeply into it but it is interesting considering AS comments and the Vox interview yesterday
A thread on Affyxell. I’d be interested to learn more about Affyxell. Its rarely discussed on Twitter and to date, AS has attributed very little time covering it. Here is what I have discovered. 1/ #AVCT
#AVCT
Miton dropping quite a few "accidental" foresights out to the market in today's video. Almost as good as Hurst at hiding in plain sight.
The comment about Affyxell in particular peaked my interest based on a comment to me in the previous week's.
This #AVCT conversion really is like clockwork. Falls into conversion, then in step the buyers, every time.
We’ve lost 35% of our market cap over the past year.
And for what? Hitting every single goal, skipping phase 1b and having been given authority by the FDA to dose dox on a bi-weekly basis in first line patients.
The difference this time will be whether we see an event to render the CLN redundant. That’ll be answered at 7am one morning and the cycle will be broken.
Those buying today are paying 20p less than before the trial began 2.5 years ago.
I’ll admit to being a tad green with envy.
For those still watching for when it does land, good luck finding stock at 8am.
Another convincing presentation from @foster_ideas from @OndoPlc about @LeakBot_HQ
Last year #Ondo deployed Leakbots to 10% of their addressable market.
Currently their new addressable market from signed clients is 5 M and growing, 10% of that will do nicely
Lots of headroom.
‘With appropriate scale-up capital, #AVCT will become a multi-billion $ company competing with the likes of Roche Genentech (100% @ $100B), Thermo F ($213B) & Abbott ($199B).’
CBO joined last month to accelerate discussions & CC stated ‘pipeline is truly game changing’.
1/2
#AVCT the way I interpret this is that Christina knowing this will revolutionise cancer treatment, did not want to stay “outside” and wanted “in”. Would be great if she purchased some shares on open market (something which is definitely missing from BOD) , and I don’t take..1/4
It was an inevitably that Chris Coughlin would transition into a permanent executive role at #AVCT, in my view. In recent presentations she's been outstanding, a cut above the rest.
Now in the role of Head of Research and Development: responsible for all pre-clinical research and clinical development activities and pipeline strategy.
She really doesn't hold back when talking about the potential of @avacta's pre | CISION platform:
"The pipeline of cancer therapies at Avacta represents the next frontier in oncology innovation and includes the potential to help patients across multiple diseases, leveraging the tumour microenvironment as a target.
I am thrilled to join the team during such a pivotal time for the company as we move our game-changing pipeline forward for the benefit of patients."
Exciting times ahead!
“The next frontier in oncology innovation”
There can be no doubt the ex-CEO of CytoImmune doesn’t join a company like #AVCT to head up R&D unless she truly believes it’s the real McCoy.
Mind-blowing you can buy AVCT today for 105 pence on what is now known.
A good post. This is why Consilium is in place.
A big license deal in 2024 + FDA approval in 2024 + 6000 to market early 2025 = $XXB 2025 buyout IMO.
This is the journey we want here. Big partnership = huge value.

Great to see water companies starting to make moves to help UK homes become more water efficient using @LeakBot_HQ. @SouthernWater leading the way with their recent campaigns! #ONDO
Great read, thanks for sharing. Crazy to still think #AVCT needs:
16% just to get back to where it was before the trial began 2 yrs, 5 months ago;
50% to get back to the levels seen in October.
All the while deal-after-deal is being had in the region of 3-4x AVCT’s current market cap for companies at a similar stage of clinical development. We’re sat on a novel working platform and due to present to AACR early April with the bi-weekly trial imminent.
It’s no surprise someone was loading 150k blocks on Friday.
Yet more bullish commentary to shareholders from the CEO over the weekend. Working late on a Sunday. Brimming with confidence.
If not when.
@tom_the_bomb__#AVCT
things can move really fast
Fortysevens share price rose 1700% in 6 months from $5.53-$95.5
Immunomedics share price rose 1000% in 6 months from $8.80-$87.86
Trillium share price rose 300% over a weekend
From $5.83-$17.72
@MylesMcNulty@Jimzi1 Correct
A good percentage of the warrants will be held tightly and unlikely to become a drag
Given the free float, this doesn’t need much to move higher very quickly on net buying
Buying will increase as @foster_ideas continues to win impressive contracts
Hi James, I disagree with this statement.
In my view, the run will start (in fact, I believe #ONDO's next major run only just commenced last week, that will take it beyond last year's ATHs), and warrants will be gradually converted along the way. I know a number of holders who are in absolutely no rush to convert until the SP is well over 100% higher than their conversion prices.
What I would personally not want to be doing is sitting on the sidelines, thinking that the share price will only ever go a few pence above the warrants exercise levels, until all are exercised or else all have expired.
