Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality.

There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it!

I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America.

OpenAI was founded to benefit all of humanity.

Elon Musk is absolutely cooking Sam Altman and OpenAI in court, and it’s about time.

These frauds hijacked the non-profit, open-source mission Elon helped create, turned it into a greedy closed-source profit cult, and are now sprinting toward god-like AGI with zero safety, zero honesty, and zero integrity.

Sam went full villain arc: lied to the world, lied to regulators, lied to his own co-founders.

Greg Brockman just got exposed in court as a total fraud.

Greg promised 100'000$ to OpenAI's nonprofit but never paid while sitting on 30B$.

Greg and Sam Altman looted Elon Musk's original mission turning it into their personal profit scam. They shifted the nonprofit to a for profit structure transferred the assets and left the foundation as a powerless shell.

Brockman claims he poured blood sweat and tears into building everything after Musk left. The truth is they used that time to enrich themselves at the expense of the mission for humanity.

These two even set up side payments from family offices and investments in partner companies creating blatant conflicts of interest.

These hypocrites betrayed humanity for cash. The trial just proved every word.
