Not sorry enough to resolve it though. A complaint has already been raised. You installed the boiler, you provide the maintenance plan and this has been going on for 6 days and now there is nothing you can do until Monday 🤷🏻‍♂️

British Gas owe us thousands, but instead of issuing a credit for overpayment they keep issuing new bills. They can’t accept our meter readings even though they are photographed. They have NO customer service. NO email NO way to communicate. #britishgas #ofgem #britishgashelp

Within 24 hours of my wife’s account being blocked she sent Revolut documents proving source of funds! 5 Days later she had heard nothing from Revolut. Sorry they did ask her to rate her experience! #Revolut #RevolutApp
