💥Poster session #ASCO26
📍Clinical impact & molecular profiling of PTENloss & TMPRSS2:ERG in mHSPC
➕correlation between PTENloss & TE+
❌ PTENloss/TE- had the worst clinical outcomes
✅ Among PTENloss, TE+ presented better outcomes>TE-
🧬 PTENloss/TE+ had enrichment of PI3K
Happy to share our last publication from a multicenter real-world study in Spain, exploring early non-cancer deaths in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer.#ICAMS,#C17,@hospitalclinic,@UniBarcelona,@idibaps

Great #ASCOGU meeting🌉 Proud to present 3 posters from our group:
- E.Lillo: AVPC prevalence in a mHSPC cohort
- C.Rodrigo: non-cancer deaths in mHSPC
- L. Fernández & @OscarReigMD: meta-analysis shows higher irAEs in adjuvant IO vs metastatic

Environmental exposure does matter for NSCLC .
Provocative data on air pollution and radon effects on NSCLC screening and tumour microenvironment.
Pollution associated with higher adenok risk and radon correlated with more inflammed (TILs PDL1+) TME. @LauraMezquitaMD#WCLC2025
So happy to present the MIRROR study at #WCLC25 ✨ Exploring how radon☢️ & smoking 🚬 shape the inmune tumor microenvironment in NSCLC🫁
4-years journey⛵
Huge team effort across 16 hospitals!
Big thanks to our patients & everyone who made this possible🫂

Exercise in patients with metastatic prostate cancer: A comprehensive review
https://t.co/UqFGDV1SRq
Physical activity🏃 and structured exercise have been shown to significantly improve quality of life in #ProstateCancer (PC) patients, particularly by alleviating side effects of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) such as fatigue, bone loss, depression, and cognitive decline. Exercise also appears to enhance immune response and may help slow tumor progression through various cellular pathways. While most evidence comes from studies in non-metastatic PC populations, growing data support exercise as a valuable complementary strategy even in metastatic settings.
This review highlights the benefits of exercise in PC care and emphasizes the need for further research focused specifically on patients with advanced disease.

PTEN is emerging as a prognostic/predictive biomarker in #mHSPC (+CAPItello-281). But how to best assess PTEN loss?
Here we show that low PTEN mRNA links to poor outcomes in mHSPC and propose a new PTEN-loss prognostic gene signature https://t.co/MWruN1wXAL
