Yep, a chain of discussion on the failure of capitalism to connect quality/innovative work & profit/value. Combine the debates on nostalgia/franchise bait, artist/studio closure, & monetization, & when people see the system does this for *everything* they *should* be radicalized.

This is why I add disclaimers if something has a cost or can be free to any suggestions/changes to someone’s order while I’m helping them. Capitalism ruins hospitality/kindness with profit motive nickel & diming. It’s already awkward with tip culture as well.
