News on ERCOT’s RFP for capacity. As a bridging solution, the cost of RFP + recent ODRC shift + PCM would have to be < $1 billion, placing further guardrails on both PCM & interim solution.

Article alludes to only ~10MW of demand response responding to the RFP’s short timeline.
