Message given to all those I rang this morning who couldn’t get a PCR test: if you’ve got symptoms suggesting Omicron and especially if a positive Ag test, you have Omicron and need to isolate. PCR less important now and system is overwhelmed.

In other words, if you feel you have enough symptoms to warrant a Covid test then you likely have something that could be spread on to others, even if it’s not Covid. I would not be letting somebody tell you ‘it’s just a cold’
