@geoffobbo13 Am not disputing that but my question is why alot of tax payers' money is invested in traffic lights that can't serve the intended purpose. Perhaps the resources should be directed to having more traffic officers do the job that traffic lights can't do

Greetings from @RugyeyoFarmLtd. This is how the real coffee value is created in Uganda. The rest are simply freeloading on our farmer backs. A word of caution to those planning on this journey. Since the removal of the regulator with nothing in place to take over, nursery operators have taken advantage of the vacuum to sell anything & everything without fear of consequences. Unscrupulous people have also joined in to rip off unsuspecting buyers. Please be cautious if you plan to buy planting material. SEEK TECHNICAL ADVICE otherwise you will only discover your disaster after 5 years. By then it will be too late. Even if you have nothing to do with coffee, spread the word.
