@nazribiztalk I'm not on anyone's side. But I think this is misleading.He's actually comparing the hike of prices & expenses due to ceiling price removal of chicken,egg, sst imp. etc that will cause burden & increase of thousand of rm in yearly expenses in compare to bantuan given.

During the budget 2023, it was tabled there will be a stamp duty exemption for residential property purchases for first-time homeowners in Malaysia. But there is no official gazette released until now. Appreciate if the government can look into this @anwaribrahim @MOFmalaysia
