@JioCare I have a relocation request pending for over ten days. No engineer has made a single visit whatsoever. There are other Jiofiber connections in the building while the engineers play tricks to force Airfiber. I hope some action can be taken lest I'll have go legal.
@JioCare@JioCare There are no unavoidable technical reasons/constraints. Other residents have had similar experiences in the past. I've forwarded this concern to the appellate and I intend to reach out to TRAI/Consumer Courts if need be.
@JioCare I just had a conversation with the local Jiofiber office and they're suggesting me to get the relocation request rescheduled by the customer care team. There are no other constraints/technical reasons. They just need a new work order. Is it something that can be done ?

@JioCare@JioCare If I had the time for it, I'd have taken you to court for this. Why should I lose on my recharged plan when the fault is at your end ? You ought to pause the plan until you sort your mess out.
