I genuinely question the morality of the show writer because a person having an emotional outburst and killing the armed terrorist who just killed his best friend is understandable and they portray it as some great evil as if he gunned down a baby.

The show really shouldn’t have happened and Sam’s first appearance after endgame should’ve been Brave New World. The show did nothing but make the 2 look incompetent and unlikable.

Instead Bucky and Sam treat him as a bad guy, despite him only ever being nice and helpful to them.
