This tweet is so virulently evil that it's going to take two long tweets to debunk it. Here is the first.

The election system is credible, to experts. The core reason people distrust it is that they distrust anything they don't understand. They distrust computer voting not because they understand what's going on, but because they think computers run by magic and that evil witches (hackers) can do anything to them.

Trump then stoked those fears in order to justify illegal attempts to overturn the election. There was no law allowing the delaying of certification, no law allowing investigation, and no law allowing the overturning of results. Scott Adams is insisting that Pence should have done something illegal to overturn the results.

There was no evidence and continues to be no evidence of any problem in the 2020 election. For example, many fear the Dominion computers in Georgia were hacked. Not only is there no evidence of this, there's evidence it didn't happen, because the hand recount matched the computer's count.

If there were evidence of a problem in 2020, then Scott Adams would cite it, pointing out the strongest piece of evidence that needs to be explained. He never does, because when he googles that thing plus the term "fact check" he finds that it has been thoroughly debunked.

Some claim the reason there is no evidence is that it wasn't investigated. Anything that deserved investigation was investigated, and many things that weren't were also investigated.

For example, "2000 Mules" showed a man dropping off 5 ballots in a drop box, claiming it was illegal, that the guy was a mule. Georgia wrongly investigated, and found that the man dropped off all 5 ballots for his household, which is legal in Georgia. The movie had no other evidence implicating him, no video or geolocation data showing he ever visited dropboxes a second time with more ballots. It was wrong to investigate because dropping off 5 ballots is not evidence of a crime. It was only something Trumpists pretended was evidence.

If investigations were needed, then the Republican-controlled House of Representatives has been able to investigate the issue for the last two years. If there were rational reason to suspect the 2020 election was stolen, then such an investigation would've been #1 on their agenda. It wasn't. They ignored this because they knew it was all Trump lies, that all they would be doing would be uncovering Trump's lies.

If you disagree, if you think there was rational evidence to believe the 2020 election might've been stolen, all you have to do is respond with a link that shows this. You also need to explain why you think the fact-checkers are wrong who have debunked your claim.
