@British_Airways This ridiculous PR statement is going to cut it. I left SFO on 5/14 on BA 1459 with a stop in London and connecting on flight 1497. All 4 of us had no luggage now for 7 days. Why wasn’t our luggage on the next flight to Edinburgh!?
