Ich darf unterstellen, diese Selbstreflexion ist in seinem Rücktrittsschreiben nicht enthalten, sondern allein eine Ich- bezogene Antwort eines maßgeblichen Entscheider bei der politischen Willensbildung wie bei den Coronamassnahmen. Die Parteien müssen gemäß Grundgesetz diese Willensbildung organisieren. Part XXIV.2 five Postulate

The sentence „I know that I know nothing“ actually goes back to an inaccurate Latin translation tradition (including Cicero). In the ancient Greek original of Plato (oîda ouk eidōs) it is more aptly said: „I know as a non-knower“ or „I know that I do not know“ (without the „s“ in case of not). Socrates never claimed to know absolutely nothing. He only knew the limits of his knowledge and questioned the false knowledge of others.

The socratic approach - the pure questioning and doubting without one’s own value judgments - becomes the method of Socratic irony when one takes on the role of an ignorant questioner who unvees the logical contradictions of others through targeted questions.

1/5 : The Foundation of Doubt (Deduction from Socrates)

The starting point is the real socratic principle: „I know as a non-knower.“ From this it follows deductively: No one has absolute false knowledge. Those who want to persist in discourse must not assert dogmatically, but must expose their assumptions to doubt.

2/5: The Duty to Logic (Deduction from Socrates)

The duty of analytical honesty is derived from the Socratic method. Everyone has the right to give a point of view. But logic demands: a point of view is worthless if it is not objectively precisely defined and conclusively justified.

3/5 The Law of Respect (Deduction from the Sermon on the Mount)

In Matthew 7,3, Jesus of Nazareth demands a look at one’s own beam in the eye. From this follows the irrefutable separation of thing and man: the opponent as a person remains untouchable. Attacks on personal dignity are inadmissible in discourse.

4/5: The Hardness in the Matter (Deduction from the Sermon on the Mount)

At the same time, the truth demands radical honesty. The derivation from Jesus‘ teaching means: maximum hardness and sharpening in the matter, in order to reveal hypocrisy and logical errors - but always free from hatred, insult or degradation of the other person.

5/5. The ideal of democracy

If one combines the Socratic logic with the respect of the Sermon on the Mount, the foundation of a true democracy is created: a space in which people argue hard about the matter, while one respects oneself as a human being. Those who break these rules leave the reasonable discourse.

Axiom: After Mt 7, 1-2 and Mt 10:34 I derive as a measure.

If one contradicts, one does not respond with value judgments about the person. who represents a different opinion also when simple people in their languages hit the „wrong“ tone in the sense of Karl Raimund Popper, but also malicious appearing criticism of people without an elaborate language code is to analyze the problem behind it. No one is a language policeman of the next. Then he rises God, because Ludwig Wittgenstein has formulated it that the thinking ego is a metaphysical subject.

Therefore, in the scientific and political space or in the case of people in whom an education is allowed to be required, this deduction should be measured: Define your concepts objectively, justify your premises logically and remain respectful, because the dignity of every human being is inviolable, especially in the case of a commitment to the Basic Law via Article 20 para. 3 with Article 1 para. 3.

He who forfeits this violates the only axiom: the life of every human being is sacred.

The biological impulse: Why does the cell grow?

The fusion of two haploid DNA strands according to the Watson-Crick model creates a diploid zygote.

• No passive joining: The impulse to grow and divide is not a „miracle“ outside of physics, but the result of epigenetic and biochemical cascades.

• The environment: The uterus controls gene activation via hormones, nutrients and signal molecules (morphogens). Without this specific environment, the development stops. The environment not only copies, it regulates the reading of DNA.

2. Puberty and biological sexuality

It is a biological error that a child is „not sexual“ until puberty.

• Genetic sex determination (XX or XY) takes place exactly at the moment of fertilization.

• The internal and external genital organs already develop in the womb.

• In puberty, these systems are merely activated and matured by the hormonal impulse of the pituitary gland. Nothing new is created, the already created matures.

3. Gender ideology versus biology

Social discussion often suffers from the fact that two terms are mixed:

• Sex (Biological gender): This is purely binary (sperm/eggg, XX/XY) and invariable anchored in every cell. A denial of this contradicts the biological facts.

• Gender (sociocultural gender role): This describes behavior, social expectations and identity.

The discussion becomes unreasonable (modus Ponens collapses) when the social level is used to deny the biological facts, or conversely when biology is used to devalue social diversity across the board.

4. Quantum physics, information and love

Quantum physics actually often defines information as a fundamental property of the cosmos (e.g. according to Anton Zeilinger or Vlatko Vedral). Light quanta (photons) transmit energy and information.

• No denial of relationships: Quantum physics does not deny relationships, on the contrary, it even raises them to a fundamental level through the phenomenon of quantum entanglement. Objects often exist in the quantum world only through their relationship to each other.

• Agape and logic: The transfer of physical information to human emotions such as agape (divine/selfless love) or love between man and woman is a category error. Love is an emerging phenomenon of our consciousness and our biochemistry, not a basic physical force like electromagnetism.

Conclusion on the Mode Ponens

A discussion becomes unreasonable if one builds a logical conclusion (if A, then B) in which the premise A is already scientifically inaccurate. The cosmos consists of information, but this information is organized at higher levels to biology, evolution and finally to human consciousness and relationship ability.
