@SCVegas Probably Paris in main tower. Not a ton of walking inside the hotel. And itβs center strip to get easy access to a bunch for other properties.
@SMB_Attorney Depends how many are making this. If you are the top managing attorney managing a national law firm. Then I mean this seems in line with other industries.
@girdley Iβd say the ESPN Bet deal that Penn shifted to was worse. Lost more money on that than if they just keep the barstool brand. Now they basically are starting over creating their own brand.
@ChampChaz02 A private company can more easily handle short term losses to invest in future growth without having to answer to shareholders on a short term basis. Not saying this is the plan or how this would even shake out. But it could mean new money put into the casinos.
@seventensuited The F&B and entertainment venues on the walk to the stadium will be a gold mine. Ballys needs to find the financing or sub lease out that part of the project to get it done by when the stadium opens.
@Travis_Sawchik I agree with the premise of your statement but it would completely surprise me if the majority are at the legal minimum. Maybe if you really mean pre arbitration players.
@kellyinvegas Iβd probably try to get around $500k on OKC to win. That should net a profit of around $350k+. Then if SA wins you end up still up $1.2 million. Spread the hedge bet between a couple casinos and use that to get some high level status with them to then get comps too.
@JakeKar2oon@gofishh77 Historically the tip has happened after the service has been performed and based on the quality of service. That is the difference. I always tip but donβt use these apps that require it prior to service.
@Yooper_IA Players should get a set percentage of that revenue each year. That way as it grows the players are rewarded. I donβt care how the players and owners want to divide that money up between free agents, arbitration or salary minimums.
@TravelZork Golden nugget definitely seems like the obvious one to sell. Harrahs is a better marina district property than GN. And Caesars and trop are both have had large renovations recently.
@SeahawksForever Bump the floor and cap up $1 million and it basically becomes a wash. But if players arenβt willing to entertain a hard cap at all then will need to be some sort of soft cap or changes to luxury tax to get to an agreement.
