Get local Chief’s letter listing heirs
Obtain death certificate
File petition for Letters of Administration (P&A 80)
Submit affidavits + guarantors
Case is gazetted (30 days for objections)
Court issues Letters of Administration
Wait 6 months
Apply for Confirmation of Grant
Court approves distribution
Transfer property to beneficiaries
