@Lufthansa_DE Es ist unglaublich wie schlecht die UX überall ist. Vom Buchungsprozess wo man mittendrin ausgeloggt wird bis zur simplen Support Nachricht, die auf 250 Zeichen limitiert ist. Und das krasseste ist, dass man keine neue Kreditkarte bekommt wenn die alte abläuft. #WTF
