Ofcom estimates up to 1.8m children in the UK (9%) don't have access to a device for remote learning & 880,000 children live in a household with only a mobile data connection.

The govnt has had 9 months to ensure children can learn at home. They have failed an entire generation.

I honestly don't have the words to convey the contempt I have for the way that Williamson and DFE have handled this announcement on the start of term in January and school testing.

The way they have treated dedicated staff who've bust a gut for kids all year is a total disgrace.

Cancelling exams produces more unfairnesses, causes more stress (teacher and pupil) and acts against the best interests of everyone in education at the moment.
