I believe the ‘birds-eye’ view is only synthesized from all the camera views the car actually sees. So if there is an obstruction, e.g., a large vehicle in front of you, it will not see past that obstruction. If the vehicles pass by that obstruction , it will drop out and re-appear…. so the view changes only to show what the car can actually see and determine for sure. They may be able to generate shadow areas, but it will probably be more annoying than dropouts.
@AJamesMcCarthy The video expands to the whole screen, and so I can’t seem to collapse to 3 images.. Maybe just me, but I think the pupil distance at focus is the max difference we can collapse. ( ~ 2.5 in ) in my case ?
@R0ughHab1tz@iamcanadian51 You know that most homes in NA have 230 V circuits already, since Clothes dryers and Stoves need 230 V., right? Level 2 chargers just plug into one 230v cct.
@oliverc85@herbertong More sensors don't necessarily produce safer drives... It all depends on the behaviour of the 'brain' controlling the vehicle, right?
@thaisilver60@mitchellvii It doesn't reach orbital velocity so there is no "reentry" ... It just stops ascending and starts free-falling down at free-fall velocity from 100,000 ft.
@DriveTeslaca@NanaimoRCMP@TeslaCharging Can you not install some cameras and software to effectively add "sentry mode" to your charging stations? I can't believe there's no security cameras...
