Trying to find out where my parcel is with @_DPDUK__ is absolutely impossible!!! I’ve spoken to 5 people. No one can help!! The customer services is awful and I just want my parcel delivered. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human that can find out for me????

So…..a month and a half after complaining on here and almost a year after first getting in touch I still haven’t received a call.
Today I had a meeting booked with Zak and received no phone call. C’mon now.
When can I start charging for my wasted time??

I would like to resolve the complaint. I would like a full explanation on our account and how it has been charged. I would like acknowledgement that the complaint has been terribly dealt with.
And I would like an apology for allowing this to go on.

I have written up all instances of interactions and noted every request for a manager to call.
