This week, I spoke to the @NewJournal about my cousin Jess (on the right!). She was an amazing 19 year old who loved singing, dancing and performing. Ten years ago, her life was cut short by "Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy" 🧵

SUDEP is thankfully rare, but it's absolutely devastating. There's an incredible charity called @SudepAction that does amazing work to raise awareness, help people reduce risk and also to support the families and friends of those who have died.
