@MaizeF3 @F3Omaha @F3WestOmaha We had a great group of 9 this morning.

We did some Super Hero stuff. We honored my hero, my father, Bill Ferguson, on the anniversary of his passing.

Hey, @F3Omaha, come on out to the @MaizeF3 tomorrow. I will be on the Q.

10/8 is National Hero Day! Let's celebrate. We'll find some superhero stuff to do because it is on a Thor's day (Thursday).

Prepare for a heartfelt COT.

Edutainment = Education + Entertainment.

Hey, @F3Omaha come on out to the Oracle at 7:00 AM tomorrow for some education and entertainment.

We are going to learn some new/uncommon exercises. There will be music to entertain us.

@F3Omaha @F3TheOracle Thanks to the 14 HIM who came out to help me celebrate 2 years in F3.

We took some chances & tried some new stuff. Not everything was a hit, & not everything was a bust. Much like life.

Sometimes we post because the guy next to you might want to see you.

@F3Omaha @f3TheBullpen Great morning in the dark at @f3TheBullpen. 12 HIM got after it, despite one emergency phone call (thankfully all is well).

This sunrise made me think of the song from Oklahoma: "Oh What A Beautiful Morning."

@F3Omaha

[Matt Ferguson (F3 =Rockem Sockem) @MattFerg1111]

If anyone in @F3Omaha wants to go to the darkest (and northernmost), show up on Thursday morning. I will be on the Q at @f3TheBullpen.

Prepare for LLWS talk & glory day stories from Davenport's Northwest Park.

5:30 - Beatdown @ BAL Fields
6:20 - Coffee @ Cup and Cone

Introducing S1, our new foundation model that learns from one example.

It can be taught 10-minute long tasks that it has never seen before, from one video prompt without any fine-tuning.

Watch S1 operate in real-time via in-context learning:

@F3Omaha @F3BadgerPointe Sometimes the Q forgets to upload the name-o-rama video, so he makes a second post. We all need second chances.

The conversation at coffee was great. Super meaningful. Honest. Authentic. Vulnerable.

Great start to the day.

Hey, @F3Omaha!

Join me Tuesday at @F3BadgerPointe.

School is back in session. The bridge on Bennington Road is back in one piece. Forecast looks great. No excuse for not making it to the high school.

Beatdown starts at 5:30 AM
Cup & Cone around 6:20 AM

@F3Omaha @F3BadgerPointe Thanks to the 11 HIMs who chose to do some hard things at @F3BadgerPointe this morning. It was an honor to lead.

We did some side plank leg raise things, prepared for the World Series of Dice, and we learned about Dan Taylors (see below).
