Quality results yesterday as the Senior Men consolidated their lead in the North Wales XC League Div 1 with low score of 65 pts in the home fixture at Walford. The bang in-form @MattH_Run finished 2nd while Rob Fox finished in the top 20 & 6th scorer for the club in league debut

Congratulations to our Senior Men's team on finishing 2nd at the Shropshire County XC Champs today. @MattH_Run led the team home with a superb 3rd place finish overall. @lol_lpm also picked up an individual medal in the Senior Women's

. @MattH_Run was 2nd finisher @shrewsparkrun in a new PB of 16.15. Connor Middleton also lowered his PB to 17.28. Jessie Gunner was 1st female finisher in 19.29 just outside her PB while @petesavill1952 was just 10 seconds outside his own V65 record in 20.05
