🏏 It’s well known that the vast majority who come onto pathway programmes don’t ‘make it’ to the professional arena.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 That said, when 3️⃣ lads who have lived that journey are confirmed in the same week, it’s a sign that structures and systems are starting to bear fruit!
