@TPExpressTrains do you know your ticket machines at Manchester Airport keep crashing/don't function?

There seems to be more 'revenue protection" staff than staff able to assist/sell tickets.

@British_Airways I've booked flights to the USA with a connection from Heathrow to Aberdeen. The Heathrow to Aberdeen flight has been cancelled and moved a day head. I've tried to phone with no answer. Do you expect me to spend a day in Heathrow?
