@MuskieMusings Marquette used the same logic w Wojo & wasted 4 years before dismissing him. I think Steele’s deficiencies go well beyond his ability to get very talented young men to attend Xavier. His inability to make players better is evident over the past 4 yrs. Time to cut bait.

@XUHype @MuskieMusings Amassing talent is one thing. Coaching that talent to wins is quite another. Steele is very good at getting talent to X. He’s as bad at coaching them to wins. Bottom line - it’s wins that matter.
