@ABdeVilliers17
Just saw your comment about #Medvedev's character as I posted this๐๐
As I mentioned... Medvedev is definitely hurting badly right now & he still shows what great #sportsmanship looks like
Like him or not, but #Respect to @DaniilMedwed - Big Time!
@atptour
Such a high quality message considering that #Medvedev has lost 5 of the 6 #GrandSlam Finals he participated in
Especially the last 2 at the #AusOpen, he was leading 2 set to 0.
Like or dislike him but he's definitely hurting right now & still rises above it ๐

@BastienFachan@RazOlsRF Well said @BastienFachan
At age 20 he already has 2 Slams & clearly has the mental temperament & a ridiculously complete game
So he had an off day vs Zverev with a 1st serve of 86%
Soon the Big3, who kept each other inline will be gone.
Will Carlos have that cap for 15yrs?
Give him a break. At 20 his big match temperament against Top players is great
Not the best performance by #Alcaraz but it was 1 of the best I've seen by Zverev, with a 1st serve % of 86% on the fastest #GrandSlam at the mo
Also, soon he will b playing without any of the Big 3
Alcaraz says he wants to be greatest of all time, he has said it repeatedly last couple of months. Then you canโt lose to Zverev and gift Djokovic another GS title which makes the distance even bigger. Stop talking and get to work. Itโs not a good look unfortunately.
Soo, I it appears that 84% of the predictions so far, as to who will be the #AusOpen Finalsists per the Twitter Poll will miss the mark ๐
Just post #Medvedev in the comments for the poll & I'll update the final results
#auspol#AusOpen2024#Djokovich#Sinner#Zverev#ATP
Ironically, my #AusOpen2024 Champion "Voting Poll" mistakenly included #Zeverev instead of #Medvedev๐
Do you reckon that Zverev was inspired by my apparent belief in him reaching the #AusOpen Final, and stepped up his game against Alcaraz๐ช
I'd like to think so ๐๐พ
#Tennis
A bit of a shocker but even the #Big3, when playing well, would struggle to comeback from 2 sets down & subpar #Tennis against #Zverev with an 85% 1st serve % throughout the match in the Slam with comfortably the fastest courts speed!
#AusOpen24
The key thing for #Zverev is to keep getting those 1st serves in!
Zverev 2nd serves won % so far:
Set 1: 100%
Set 2: 100%
Set 3: 44%
Set 4: 0% (at 4-4)

@theoriginalbops@Big3Tennis@FDSportsbook Despite #Sinners form on fast hard courts against Novak, I would have been surprised if betting odds put him ahead
It's hard to bet against the current & 10รchampion
The odds are prob a combo of a larger #Djokovich fan base betting on him & too close to call for neutrals to bet
@Big3Tennis@FDSportsbook Any betting odds will naturally be in favour of Novak
It's hard to bet against #Djokovich since he is on pretty good form, defending champion & 10รwinner
In reality, the odds should be pretty even on fast hardcourts between them
Perhaps a slight edge to Novak since it's 5 sets
@Big3Tennis@Big3Tennis - Agree.
1) I think Sinner has finally made that last transition to the level of winning #GrandSlams.
2) Sinner is one of thebfew players who has been able to beat Novak on fast hard courts (YE Finals & ATP Cup).
Only question is whether he can do in best of 5 sets
