@AttonMathews@taketotheskyes Dean at least only posts facts, while you conservatives have to fabricate crimes to make him look bad, something he easily disproved within a few days. Your president spent years trying to fight sexual abuse charges in court and lost.
@SubD326 @DrakeandDice If that doesn't mesh well with you, then that's perfectly fine. I can admit that PF2e can feel a bit "gamey" at times, as me and my players have all said at one point or another.
@RaisouE Mb, on both fronts. Thought you were a part of the community because I saw similarities between how you and vocal minorities of the community try and "defend" Pathfinder.
@SubD326 @DrakeandDice Another point to mention is that yes, it generally is a good idea to make a character based around the party composition and what you may need. But that's kind of the draw for PF2e, it's a game based around teamwork, rather than individuals, and the mechanics are based around it.
@SubD326 @DrakeandDice You're probably referring to PF1, PF2 is completely different, being that it's very hard to make a bad PC without intentionally going out of your way to make it so.
@RaisouE@Cybren @toygunhitman Cringe. Don’t do this kind of stuff man, it just gives the community a bad rep. The dude is obviously baiting, there’s not really a point in getting this heated towards him.
@NobleOutlier@Cybren ^^^^ you could have a really expensive item be super common, take something like a spyglass for example. In 5e, that’s ridiculously overpriced, but is just in the adventuring gear section and doesn’t really provide much benefit.
@Cybren @Vir_Kavenoff @Psycho_P_Adour Again, nobody is ragging on you for not liking pathfinder (and if there are, then they’re stupid). What we ARE gonna dogpile you for is making disingenuous tweets about the game, presumably to bait the community into responding, or get a little hate circle going.
@Cybren @Vir_Kavenoff @Psycho_P_Adour The same applies to you, ya know? Posting an inflammatory comment on a game that you dislike but have never played also shows an unhealthy attitude. It would be understandable if it were just a joke, but it’s obviously not.
@__Ainzbern@Giro @GrizzlyAndGay Pathfinder 2e actually does away with the vast majority of floating modifiers. Really, the only things you actually have to keep track of are circumstance and status bonuses (and you only apply the highest of each). The rest is stuff you write down once and don't worry about.
