For my money, this kid is the epicenter of the Trump admin smash & grab. He’s far enough removed from the administration to not exactly be implicated. But he’s also close enough to be able to share secrets and maintain leverage. He’s also well connected to his father‘s network, and savvy enough to know how to work angles.

I don’t disagree. Assuming your comment is speaking to the growing inability for “everyone” to have an opportunity to own their own home.

I think we’re witnessing the growing divide between the haves and the have nots in real time. Sometime in the near future, housing will only be attainable through generational wealth. Everyone else will rent.
