@canadaposthelps It doesn't show up at all in Canada Posts tracking tool: I had to use an intl tool to see that it was accepted on April 26th by Canada Post, silence since then, still not showing in Canada Post tracking.

Hey @canadaposthelps ! I have a parcel coming from Europe that arrived in Canada on April 26, then stopped. Is there a backlog or something? Intl tracking site estimated it should have arrived by last week, but it seems to have stopped as soon as it got to Canada Post. 😿
