@RoyalMail have made a colossal mistake and have misdirected a box of live bees to Dundee instead of Lancashire. Very disappointing. No consideration for the health of the bees. Not even sure when or if they will arrive. I have complained and still no response.

@ArrowXL_Help Pretty poor service. Waiting in all afternoon for a parcel which could not be delivered. Their chat told me they ran out of time. Apparently the driver running out of delivery time due to needing a rest is unforeseen. Actually is it entirely predictable!

Another disgraceful Hermes situation. Ordered a parcel from amazon. Just got message “Hermes was not able to deliver your package as the driver did not want to leave it unattended.” We have been outside our house day. Amazon Fail! @amazon @Hermesparcels
