🚗📷NHTSA today updated the US national ADS and ADAS incident data up until April 15, 2026.

For the first time, Tesla started unredacting the NARRATIVE data - a short paragraph description of the incident, retroactively for all reported incidents since NHTSA tracking (June 16, 2025).

Note that Tesla's operation in the Bay Area is categorized as ADAS (driving assistance), while its Austin operation is categorized as ADS (automated driving). Waymo's operation is categorized as ADS everywhere in the US.

There’s one narrow staircase that leads to the only exit, a small door where flames came out violently. The only escape was through flames for whoever was late.

@SimonPotticary @ChrisZimme46600 @Stealth40k Some things are better in memory :) I think what made it memorable for me is that it is completely set in the Mushroom Kingdom, and not in other worlds like Odyssey. Its simpler world design makes it more cosy for me which I like.
