@JimmysSeafood@Variety Chuck Norris didn’t need variety in his workouts, variety needed him to stay interesting.
Here’s a roundhouse kick to you, Variety
@JasonJGreen33 @the_auburncreed Where? I’m on my second winter in Chicago after moving from the South. May feels very far away, especially the last couple weeks. I need options for indoor spots
@CredibleCrypto You tweeting about the show Got me motivated to go back through it. I had never seen Season 4. I personally thought it fell off after season 1 a bit, but that was just because of how good it was. Almost done with Season 4 which has been great! looking forward to Season 5! 💪🏼
@NickFromCO@BallersCultureX I dont disagree, but PCL can be sprained in that scenario without and outright complete tear. He was in a lot of pain, but that doesn’t really correlate to anything specific. I’ve seen people tear their ACL and be crying in pain, and seen others that just got up and limp a bit
@k_money__8 I’m a Thunder fan and my brother is an even bigger fan than me, we would never cheer an injury. I was gutted for Halliburton when he got hurt in the Finals. A person that celebrate injuries in sports is a special kind of asshole
@ImBreckWorsham@FBI Not sure when exactly this happened, but maybe it was still Dec 13th in Tel Aviv when the incident took place? Australia is probably, 9 or 10 hours ahead?
@IOV_OWL Haha!! I didn’t realize that’s where that came from, I was always like when the heck did I download this crap anytime it comes up on a shuffle. I feel relieved that some alter ego didn’t choose to purchase that album at some random point in my life
@LickshotLippy Well, he did just come back from a bout of sciatica, so pretty sure this form is not ideal for protecting the back 😳. A lot of potential shear forces even at that weight. Hope this was a before injury video and not something recent
@IOV_OWL If you have a true Leg length discrepancy then that insert could be a game changer. If you have a “functional” leg length discrepancy (more common), then use the insert for now and maybe see about getting your alignment fixed with PT or Chiro. Hope it helps either way! 💪🏼
