I'm not gonna lie, I absolutely love seeing the coffee grounds bloom before stirring up a French press. This #Guatemala already has a great dry and wet aroma only 18hrs post roast, can't wait to see this develop over the next few days!

@UMdog41 Thats pretty awesome! I did a DIY coffee roaster for my first 3 nearly 4 years of roasting. Creating something like that just gives you some sort of prideful feeling.

Went for cool relief this morning! 50/50 #Ethiopian & #Rwanda done with the #aeropress, whole milk, splash of french vanilla creamer. Cost less than $1 and tastes better than @Starbucks.
